Midnight meeting

you know, i learned a week ago that most evil dictator often would plan meetings at 3am, because it's easier to manipulate sleepy people, and then i thought "you know what evil dictator wannabe wouldn't do that? draken!" and this pop into my mind, hope you all like it.
